RiftHub

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Last updated: 10 August 2026

This agreement is between you and the developer of RiftHub. It governs your use of the RiftHub app and the RiftHub website. By downloading, signing in to or using RiftHub, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use RiftHub.

1. Who may use RiftHub

You must be at least 13 years old to use RiftHub. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services, you must meet that age instead. By using RiftHub you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using it under any applicable law.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RiftHub on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. This licence does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

You may not:

3. Your account

Signing in with Google or Apple creates a RiftHub account. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You may delete your account from within the app at any time; deleting it removes your profile, collection, listings and messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Content you post, and zero tolerance for abuse

RiftHub lets you publish content: a profile and avatar, decks, trade listings and messages to other players. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us the licence needed to store it, show it to the players it is meant for, and operate the service. You are responsible for everything you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on RiftHub. You must not post or send content that is:

You can report content and block other players from within the app. Reports are reviewed and, where content or behaviour breaks these terms, the content is removed and the responsible account is suspended or permanently removed, normally within 24 hours of the report. We may remove content or terminate accounts for breaches of this section without notice.

5. Trading between players

RiftHub helps players find each other, list cards and agree on trades. RiftHub is not a party to any trade or sale. We do not hold, ship, escrow or verify cards or payments, and we make no promise that any listing, player or trade is genuine. Any trade you make is entirely between you and the other player, at your own risk. Meet safely, check what you receive, and use your own judgement.

6. Card data, prices and availability

Card details, scan results, price information and tournament data are provided for information only. They come from the game's published material and from third-party sources, may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and must not be relied on as a valuation or as advice. RiftHub is offered as-is: features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.

7. Fan-made project

RiftHub was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. Riftbound, its card names, card images and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here to describe the game.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using RiftHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4, 5, 9 and 10) continue to apply afterwards.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiftHub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost cards, lost profits or losses arising from a trade between players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights you may have.

10. Apple

This agreement is between you and the developer of RiftHub only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for RiftHub or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for RiftHub. If RiftHub fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to RiftHub. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to RiftHub, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as RiftHub changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use RiftHub after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
